Mini rally organiser “heartbroken” after cancelling the North Devon event

THE organiser of a much-loved rally which has been racing through North Devon for 20 years has been left “heartbroken” after cancelling the event. Terry Baker, of Meadow Park, Bideford, has had to end the Legendary Grand Tour, due to go ahead this August bank holiday, due to personal reasons.
